1) Minimum order quantity is required on every DirectSmile Hong Kong Product.

2) The delivery date will be counted according to the actual payment receivable date. For instance, if customers place order on the 1st January 2011 but settle payment on 2nd January 2011, delivery date will be counted from 2nd January 2011

3) Two types of payment will be accepted for DirectSmile Online Shop, which are Paypal and HSBC bank transfer. For bank transfer, customer must settle the payment within one week. DirectSmile Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel orders with no further notification.

4) 3% service charge will be levied for using Paypal.

1) Additional cost will be charged if special request for shorter production time. 1-2 days(additional 30% of the product cost), 3-4 days(additional 50% of the product cost), same day(additional 100% of the product cost)

3) Free Delivery covers HK Island and Kowloon urban commercial areas except N.T., the Peak, MTR off line areas and Lo Wu. Additional charge is required for other area
