1. Is every product printed in different names?	Yes, unless the product with the same surname and names.
2. Are clients’ name being printed in English only?	English name and Chinese name in traditional and simplified fonts are also accepted. However, Chinese fonts with fewer numbers of strokes would have better outcome.
3. Is Direct Smile printed with client’s name only?	No, you can also print with your favourite numbers, blessings, addresses or any different types of fonts.
4. If I don’t like the images provided by Direct Smile, can I enjoy a tailored ordering with my own designed images?	Yes.
5. Can I enjoy a tailored ordering with other images which is not my own design?	Yes.
6. How long is the production time?	7-10 days

Direct Smile Calendar questions	Answers
1. Are clients’ name being submitted in Excel or CSV format only?	Yes.
2. Why the quantity that listed in the calendar ordering form should be in LOT and each product with different ordering quantity?	Due to technical’s limitation, the quantity ordering unit of different product will be different, we are sorry for the restriction. On the other hand, take MO mini calendar as example, 15 pcs in each LOT, which means our client should order at least 15 calendars and could be submitted with 15 different names.
3. If I order MO mini calendar and filled with one name only, what will be the outcome?	We will print the 15 calendars in the same name.
4. Could I amend the details of the clients’ name-list after submitting the ordering form?	Yes, we would reply with a new confirmation in EXCEL format, and the date of collection would be according to the finalized confirmation.
